Something different to have instead of traditional cold meat buffet. All of our selections are decoratively mouldered with garnishes herbs and butter: Country Style, Terrines, Vegetarian, Mushroom Terrines, Smoked Red Salmon Mousse, Seafood Mousse, Duck Galantines, Pates, various types and styles available, all tastefully presented on either mirrored glass or platters.

Our quiche are baked to your special requirements. Sizes available range from 40 mm to 240 mm.
